SPRING 2024
Complete schematic design. Begin feasibility and planning study for the Room to Send campaign. Explore and begin to approach local churches, foundations, and individuals for possible support.
SUMMER 2024
Begin securing gift commitments. Continue working with the City of Tempe to gain approval for the proposed development.
FALL 2024
Launch public phase of Room to Send. Continue architectural work and building designs.
SPRING 2025
Work with architectural team to complete building designs and construction documents.
FALL 2025
Secure permits from the city and finalize selection of our builder.
Spring 2026
Begin construction.
SUMMER 2027
Lord willing, the building is finished!
