As Project Manager for Room to Send, Tad coordinates with the architect, city officials, and the construction team, overseeing many project details. A native of Oklahoma, he earned a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Arizona State University in 2002. Tad and his wife of 29 years, Katina, joined Church on Mill shortly after moving to Tempe, where he has served as a pastor since 2003. Their two children were born and raised in Tempe and graduated from Tempe public schools.

In his current role as Executive Pastor at Church on Mill, Tad manages most of the 15+ member staff, preaches, teaches, and handles the church's day-to-day operations. He also continues to practice as a Licensed Psychologist, applying Biblical principles to address individual and family concerns.
