Chuck serves as the Lead Pastor of Church on Mill, laboring alongside an excellent team of elders. His primary duties related to Room to Send include vision casting, teaching, and fundraising. 

A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, and Talbot School of Theology, Chuck has pastored Church on Mill for 15 years. Before that, he served as Teaching Pastor of Henderson Hills Baptist Church. He is an instructor for the Charles Simeon Trust, a regular adjunct professor for Phoenix Seminary, and a board member with the Grove Church Planting Network and the Arizona Chapter of The Gospel Coalition. Married to his high school sweetheart, Jill and Chuck share a high schooler named Micah and an undergraduate named Abby.
